Commercial support of our construction projects Contract processing and management Accounting with suppliers and subcontractors Creation of monthly performance forecasts and reports Project control including cost monitoring and target-actual comparisons Planning and determination of services and results Analysis of plan deviations and initiation of countermeasures Preparation of status reports and deviation analyses Opportunities and risk management in the project context Support in follow-up management together with the technical project management Timely preparation of initial invoices Liquidity planning and management Accounting of insurance damage Contact for all commercial matters in the project

Complete industrial studies or commercial training with multi-year professional experience, ideally in technical building equipment or construction Technical understanding and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (VOB, BGB, HOAI etc.) Ideal experience with MS Dynamics NAV (Navision) and ProbauS Analytical thinking, organisational skills and strategic understanding Team spirit, initiative and resilience Travel readiness and driving licence Class B
