Your tasks: • You are responsible for the entire order processing process, from inquiries to delivery • comprehensive customer support is your responsibility • You are available to our customers at any time personally, in writing and by telephone to process all their concerns • You are responsible for handling complaints • Updating and ensuring data quality in the CRM system is your responsibility • Support the sales team in daily business

Your qualifications: • You have successfully completed commercial training • You have already gained first experience in sales or direct customer support • Existing English skills are advantageous • Their character traits are characterized by openness, motivation, target orientation and pronounced communicative skills that are accompanied by a convincing personality
