Electrical Engineer in Technical Facility Management

You are responsible for the energy controlling and the operating optimisation (energy) of building systems. You plan, manage and answer building management measures to maintain and improve the functions of buildings and electrical installations, taking into account future-oriented techniques, economics and sustainability. You implement maintenance and testing requirements of all building-technical monitoring systems. You accompany construction services according to VOB; (e.g. in the case of renovations, repairs, new construction and conversion measures). You are entrusted with project management and planning services according to HOAI. You commission and coordinate companies in the field of electrical engineering. You check documentation with revised technical content. You maintain CAFM-based documentation.

You have successfully completed your university degree (e.g. Diploma, Bachelor) in the field of engineering in the field of energy or electrical engineering or related study course, as an alternative to state-tested technicians. You are safe to use standard software (Word, Excel, MS Project). You will be able to learn. You have good conceptual and organizational skills. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a balanced focus on cost, quality and time keeping is what distinguishes you. You have good communication and team skills, flexibility and strong service thinking. You have a well-founded knowledge of the award of construction and planning services according to VOB, VOL and HOAI. Knowledge in the field of facility and building management is also desirable. A passenger car license is advantageous.
