From post-processing to operating costs accounting to own management of housing units. Every day exciting tasks and diverse topics await you. In order to guarantee you an excellent training, you will visit the private vocational school (BBA) in Steglitz / Schöneberg and have an experienced training team at your site. Your tasks – our needs:

Care of the tenants:in the first contact Administration of residential and commercial units (centre of housing units) Creating operating expenses Support in rent accounting and debt management Creating Exposés as well as the rental of own stock
