Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Management Department Further development and implementation of the quality management system according to internal and customer-specific requirements Evaluation, preparation and monitoring of the relevant KPIs Definition and implementation of improvement measures in cooperation with departments Implementation and participation in complaint processing, according to the claim management process and internal standards Cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures Heading and mooring of customer complaints Planning, coordination and implementation of internal, external and customer audits Monitoring of measures to eliminate audit deviations Participates in cross-site audits, including the implementation of quality system audits at other locations

Complete university studies in relevant fields Multiannual experience in quality management Experience in plastics and silicone processing desirable Found experience in the field of automotive and relevant certifications Internal auditor IATF 16949, Process auditor VDA 6.3 Management experience English language skills
