You support our Valuation Manager in the audit of expert opinions in consultation with asset management and external reviewers You check the correct transfer of the report data to our database every day and ensure the data quality You are responsible for the timely provision of documents and information for the auditor You carry out the lease agreement controlling for all our objects and relieve the team in administrative activities (including assignment and distribution of incoming mail)

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) in a course with real estate You have a strong understanding of numbers and data and ideally learn how to handle XML files You are communicative, team-orientated and characterized by an independent, precise and result-oriented way of working
