Master electrician as head of the electrical workshop (m/f/d)

Technical and operational responsibility of the Elektrowerkstatt: You take over the management of the electrical workshop and, together with your team, ensure reliable maintenance and high availability of all electrical systems. Ensuring smooth plant operation: You ensure a structured organisation, control and continuous optimization of workflows while ensuring the highest standards in occupational safety, quality and compliance. Disruption analysis and sustainable maintenance: You analyse and diagnose technical disturbances independently and ensure a stable production operation through sustainable solutions. Technical development of the systems: You accompany the installation, expansion and commissioning of electrical systems and actively promote the continuous optimization of existing systems. Automation and PLC programming: You are responsible for the programming and optimization of PLC controls (S5/S7, TIA portal) and thus make an important contribution to modern automation technology in the plant. Energy and control cabinet technology: You ensure the reliable energy distribution and take over the construction and wiring of switchgear cabinets according to current technical standards. Project cooperation and technical development: You are actively involved in the planning and implementation of new plants as well as investment and optimization projects and bring their technical expertise in a targeted manner. Interface and service provider coordination: You work closely with internal departments and external service providers and ensure smooth coordination of all technical measures. Ready to call and operational support: You take responsibility as part of the readiness to call and thus secure the plant availability even outside the regular working times.

Vocational Training: You have a successfully completed qualification as a master (m/w/d) or industrial master (m/w/d) of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification in the electrotechnical field. Professional experience: You bring relevant experience in industrial maintenance, ideally from the chemical, food or pharmaceutical industry. Management competence: You have experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees and understand how to motivate and develop teams. Technical expertise: You have well-founded knowledge of energy plant electronics, automation and MSR technology as well as pneumatics and hydraulics. PLC and planning competence: You work safely with SPS systems (S5/S7, TIA portal) and have experience in the schematic design and adaptation with WSCAD or EPLAN. Special knowledge: knowledge of gas burners complete your technical profile.
