Become part of the maritime simulation and take active responsibility. In our training systems we combine soft and hardware to modern training solutions in classic and virtual IT environments. As In Service Support (ISS) Managers, plan, negotiate and acquire ISS/Service/TLB contracts. You are responsible for compliance with costs, quality and appointments and take over the technical management of our integration and service team. Your tasks: Ensuring all relevant measures to achieve the respective ISS/Service/TLB success Implementation of repair/maintenance measures at the German marine simulators Continuous development of ISS/Service/TLB services with regard to spare parts, services and repairs Planning and taxing customer contacts from ongoing ISS/Service/TLB contracts (national and international) Implementation of obsolescence management Active exercise of the interface between the customer and internal project-participants

Complete technical undergraduate studies or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the handling of ISS/Service/TLB contracts or in the processing of large projects Extensive knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating projects Good SAP/ERP knowledge desirable English language skills, especially English High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment Target-oriented and independent operation, enforcement and safe occurrence Global readiness
