Test Manager Software Projects (m/f/d)

As a test manager (all genders), you are responsible for the strategic and operational planning, control and monitoring of quality assurance measures and tests in your software projects You define test strategies and coordinate the test activities in close coordination with various stakeholders and are responsible for the further development You are responsible for the team’s own test environments and control test processes in classic and agile project settings Start structured, practical, manual and automated test concepts based on technical and technical requirements and align with internal stakeholders and development teams You act between specialist areas, development teams as well as customer service and identify dependencies and support complex fault analyses

Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable field of study, relevant technical training or a comparable qualification or professional experience Found experience in software development, including Java, test scenarios and methods as well as test tools and in the connection of test results to JIRA and Zephyr Scale Ideally current know-how and experience in load and performance tests, complex IT landscapes and performance analyses Embossed team orientation combined with self-employment and a safe appearance and a high level of communication skills and social competence; good knowledge of German and English
