Your duties Your duties include legal issues from all areas of public health services. This also includes drafting draft laws or regulations. They also evaluate the federal government’s draft laws, draw up opinions on the Ministry’s management and formulate draft amendments related thereto. They shall exercise the supervision over the secondary sector. In addition, your task area includes the processing of thematically relevant country-day requests and inputs. They carry out queries and evaluate them. They accompany projects in the field of local and regional administration, including digitalisation. Changes to the area of responsibility are reserved.

Our requirements You have completed the first and second legal audit with above-average success (min. 2 x satisfactory). Ideally, you already have knowledge of the area of responsibility and experience in the field of project work.
