Product Owner Posteingang (m/f/d)

You manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program priorities and taking into account all interest groups (e.g. the system architects) to ensure the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components. In cooperation with the team, you describe Stories with clear acceptance criteria. You are responsible for budget and demand Capacity planning (sprint planning) including controlling and clarifies dependencies with POs of other teams. You make the quality control and have (alone) power to complete the tickets. Participation in the team demo and the retrospective of the team and responsibility of the specification and documentation and participation in the Inspect & Adapt meeting of the Agile Release Train (ART). You support the preparation and execution of the increment (PI) planning program and prepare the team's PI system demo. As a Product Owner, you develop the product vision in line with the company vision.

A completed study of computer science, engineering or natural sciences – or equivalent knowledge through many years of professional experience you bring. You bring practical experience in request management and request analysis. In the role of Product Owner you have already worked successfully in scaled agile environments, ideally within the framework of the SAFe® framework. Your entrepreneurial thinking in a key position with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness and value-oriented characterises you. Analytical thinking, conceptual strength and pronounced coordination skills are among your strengths. You will be safe, work team-oriented and bring a high degree of self-initiative. Very good German knowledge (C1) and excellent communication skills complete your profile.
