ongoing study of food technology, food chemistry, oecotrophology or a comparable subject Basic knowledge of food and consumer protection law (D/EU) and quality assurance of food Knowledge of raw materials as well as reliable knowledge of German and English safe handling of Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace as well as a pronounced IT affinity analytical skills, a structured working method and reliability and care Communication strength, team capacity and a high degree of self-initiative
