For Würth Elektronik eiSos we are looking for you to strengthen our team in full time (40 hours) or part-time (at least 25 hours) as an IP Specialist (m/w/d) in Munich or Waldenburg You do more than just patent research – you make sure that our rights are optimally managed and effectively used. Your goal is to clarify all questions about technical intellectual property rights, to protect our innovations and to contribute to the further development of our technologies through precise evaluation and supervision of the intellectual property rights. Through you, our ideas and developments remain protected and successful! Conduct patent research: You evaluate patents in the fields of electronic and electromechanical products, including novelty, SdT and FTO research. Protective rights: Your task is to efficiently manage our own rights. Contact person for protective rights: You are the central point of contact for all employees with questions about technical protection rights. Communication and interface management: You're planning communication to interfaces such as product management and external patent attorneys. Calculate and edit the invention remuneration: You take care of the calculation and processing of the inventive remuneration.

Basics: Completed technical studies or technicians (w/m/d) Knowledge: Knowledge in patent engineering Precision: experience in electrical engineering, electromechanics or mechatronics as well as patenting Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Strengths: Open to unconventional ideas and structured, conscientious and independent work.
