You're expecting

• Control and ensure uniform project management across the entire project lifecycle
• Project planning including budget and resource planning in close coordination with project managers
• Central project monitoring, reporting and earnings management across the entire project portfolio
• Internal design and further development of the PMO functions
• Implementation of project management methods, tools and best practices, as well as support in cross-sectional topics and standards
• Creation of decision templates and presentations for top management and project managers

That's what you bring

• Complete economic-oriented studies with a focus on project management, BWL, economic engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project management, ideally in the PMO
• Routinized in controlling and prioritizing activities and coordination of the project landscape
• Safe handling of project management methods & -Tools
• German and English skills (C1)
