IT Project Manager – Healthcare of the German Armed Forces (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. IT Project Manager (m/w/d) now and in full time in Bonn. The Center-of-Excellence Project Management ISP bundles the project management expertise of BWI to carry out challenging IT infrastructure and service projects, especially for the customer Bundeswehr and works with classic, agile and hybrid methods. The ISP 3 focuses on the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects for property changes in the Bundeswehr properties. These projects are characterized by changes or adaptations of the IT services in the target locations of the Bw or the inclusion and integration into the target business of the BWI.

Project management in complex IT infrastructure and service projects focusing on technical infrastructure projects in the environment of health care Bundeswehr Project controlling in terms of dates, milestones and costs as well as ensuring quality assurance measures Show and coordinate dependencies, changes and risks in project planning Support and support for special topics Maintenance and creation of project plans, status reports, protocols, personnel and communication lists, absence lists, representative regulations lists Set up and run control communication (termination coordination) and management of the project repository Participation in purchasing services for the project

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, related areas or completed professional training At least 2 years of relevant professional experience after studying in complex organizations, IT programs, large IT projects or Development projects (after training at least 5 years) Projektmanager (m/w/d) in rollout projects, ideally in the environment of healthcare Practical experience in the moderation, presentation of complex topics as well as professional leadership of teams Very good knowledge and detectable application competence of classical and/or agile methods; current project management certification such as PMI, IPMA, Scrum Master Routine dealing with MS Project, Jira or comparable tools
