You will be part of a dedicated team of experienced engineers. Coming together to ensure that our health centres work technically reliably nationwide. These are your tasks As a home technician:in your own responsibility, you enter a fixed part of our nationwide Location network. Your field of application is mainly located in southern and central Germany. Occasional operations at other locations within Germany are also included Your activity. You are the first contact person for technical questions on site and you are together with internal and external partners for the smooth operation of our health centres. In detail, this means: • Perform regular technical objects • implementation of small repair, maintenance and repair work • Coordination, monitoring and control of external craft and maintenance companies • Support for minor renovation, modernisation and renovation measures • Control of technical equipment and support in the organization prescribed tests • Processing of technical disturbances and introduction of appropriate measures • Documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of technical Object documents • Close cooperation with real estate management and Contact person:in our health centres • Participation in the continuous development of our technical standards and processes

• Complete craft or technical vocational training or comparable qualification • Ideal experience in technical building operations, facility management or comparable activity • Craft skills and technical understanding • Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work • Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications • Class B driving licence • High readiness with regular multi-day service trips • Friendly and safe appearance and joy in dealing with different Contact person:innen • Skill, organisational skills and sense of responsibility • Required: qualification as an electrician for defined activities or the willingness to acquire them in the course of a further education
