System operation and support: You analyze and troubleshoot disturbances, perform updates and changes and support users in second-level support. PKI and printing systems: You support the operation of the Selfservice-PKI and the lifecycle of digital certificates and the administration of our central and decentralized printing systems. Consultancy and cooperation: In the case of IT questions and procurement, employees advise and work with internal contact persons and external service providers in technical solutions. Documentation and further development: You document systems and changes and actively contribute to the optimization of our IT services and processes.

Qualification: You have completed vocational training in the field of computer science or a specialist similar to the task. Professional experience: You bring professional experience in the administration and support of IT systems as well as sound general knowledge of modern IT infrastructures. Microsoft environment: Good knowledge of Microsoft-based environments, especially Active Directory, Exchange and client and device management, can be found. Identity Management: Knowledge in the field of identity and access management, ideally with NetIQ identity managers or comparable systems, are beneficial. Additional knowledge: knowledge in network technology, PowerShell and IT service management as well as relevant certifications, e.g. ITIL, Microsoft Endpoint Administration or NetIQ, are desirable.
