Customer Service & Complaints Management Representative (m/f/d)

For our location in Offenburg we are looking for a full-time job at the next possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Processing incoming customer requests by e-mail and written correspondence Competent and service-oriented support of our customers before, during and after travel independent processing of complaints and development of customer-oriented solutions Communication with internal departments to clarify customer concerns Examination and processing of rebookings, name changes and other booking requests Creation and shipping of customer information and individual writing Maintenance and updating of customer data in our systems Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented communication Support in optimizing service processes and templates

Successfully completed vocational training in commercial, tourist or comparable fields Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages are advantageous Solution-oriented thinking and action as well as a high self-initiative, readiness for performance and targeted functioning High level of responsibility and team capacity Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel fingertip feeling and sovereignty in dealing with complaints and demanding customer requests
