Senior Business Analyst* Input Management with a focus on AI

The core of your activity is the identification, analysis, prioritization and realization of AI-use-cases in input management together with specialist areas, process managers and our AI community network You actively contribute to the conception, implementation and documentation of innovative AI applications and use cases You help to collect and analyze data as the basis for data-driven decisions and AI applications You develop and optimize prompts with (Prompt Engineering) to improve the effective use of AI systems and improve internal processes You can watch current trends in input management & AI and actively introduce relevant developments into the organization Last but not least, you support the development of decentralized AI competence in the Operations department, through knowledge exchange, community work and methodological further development

You have a high level of willingness to learn, joy of experimentation and desire to create new things You bring very good communication and presentation skills in exchange with specialist areas, stakeholders and management You have completed studies in the field of economics, insurance, computer science or a comparable degree programme You have already gained first practical experience in the analysis and assessment of feasibility, benefits and implementation of AI initiatives (including PoCs) Good knowledge or readiness to learn in Python, Azure, MCPs and cloud-based environments are beneficial Basic knowledge of insurance processes, data protection and ethical issues around AI complete your profile
