As part of a group of companies with Company Builder, Venture-Capitalist and Personal Services, we work with approx. 50 consultants for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We specialize in strategy and transformation projects that we not only design, but also implement. You accompany or manage strategy and implementation projects locally with the customer, support the project manager in managing (digital) transformation, strategy and implementation projects You work together on project and sales documents and prepare them You can also search for market and project-relevant topics You show uncompromising commitment to the customer's goals, combined with strong solution and implementation orientation, independent work, coupled with high motivation and high quality standards, is of course for you

You bring 2 to 4 years, in-depth professional experience with consulting experience, in the insurance industry with (focus on digital transformation) You bring experience in strategy, sales and operations, with strong implementation orientation and intensive project experience, with You could ideally demonstrate the professional-processed know-how in personal and/or property insurance coupled with IT topics You have the ability to structured and analytical thinking, your intense project experience as well as the fun of dealing with people, stand out You have a certain project-related readiness You have certain knowledge of German and English at C1 level, in word and writing
