Engineer for transport projects and approval procedures (m/f/d)

Design the road traffic of tomorrow: As an engineer / engineer (w/m/d) check traffic planning, accompany permits and bring infrastructure projects on the way. In doing so, you will create sound opinions, analyze complex questions and pass on your knowledge in workshops and seminars. This means in detail: You examine traffic sign plans for construction measures of both the road load carrier and external third parties and agree closely with the relevant specialist bodies and other public authorities. In addition, you will process applications relating to approval procedures for large-scale and heavy transport and issue the necessary requirements. The technical examination of third-party planning is also part of your task Based on your assessments, you can create signature documents for public transport arrangements as well as for exemptions according to the regulations of the Road Transport Regulations You research and analyze complex technical questions, prepare your results in a structured manner, create technical opinions, process conceptual policy issues and present the results to the addressees As a contact person for, among others, the Road Transport Regulation, you will pass on your knowledge in workshops and seminars and thus promote the professional development of colleagues

You have completed university studies (FH Diploma / Bachelor) in civil engineering, ideally with the focus on transport, transport engineering, mobility management or a comparable qualification You are passionate about the technologies and themes of road and transport Ideally, you will bring first knowledge or practical experience in the field of transport technology as well as in the application of road traffic regulations (StVO), also from internships or value students activities Knowledge of the relevant guidelines and standards are advantageous and ideally you have already gained first experience in dealing with CorelDraw You can safely control MS Office standard software You have a very good oral and written expressability in the German language (min. level C2 CEFR) You have a valid class B driving licence
