Architect / Civil Engineer – Project Manager for School Construction Projects (m/f/d)

The landscape association Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) works as a municipal association with more than 20,000 employees for the 8.3 million people in the region. The LWL operates 35 support schools, 21 hospitals, 18 museums, two visitor centers and is one of the largest German helpers for people with disabilities. We are looking for the earliest possible entry date as Architect:in / Bauingenieur:in – Projektleitung Schulbauten (w/m/d) to EG 11 TVöD VKA for our LWL construction and property company in the ''Construction measures in the school and cultural sector and office building'' section in the 'Execution - School' section. As a project manager, you are responsible for the project management and control of new and rebuilding measures for our support school locations. In your role, you take over the perception of the building tasks for the LWL-BLB. In addition, you are responsible for project-related reporting as well as for the presentation of the political bodies. Their expertise is in demand when it comes to the implementation and coordination of planning services and good-night performance according to HOAI (performance phases 1–9, emphasis on performance phases 6–8) and AHO.

a completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor): Architecture or Civil Engineering and multiannual professional experience (i.e. 2 years) and well-founded knowledge in these tasks or Other employees who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity (i.e. 5 years) due to long-term work, e.g. as a state-tested technician or state-tested technician (w/m/d) in the field of civil engineering and Professional experience in planning, control and monitoring of construction measures Knowledge of school building (required) well-founded knowledge in managing costs, dates and qualities as well as the acquisition of client tasks safe handling of public procurement law, contract law and all relevant standards, guidelines and laws relating to construction measures safe handling of industry-specific software advanced knowledge of German (at least C level)
