Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a Device Expert, you play a central role in the transfer of an ASIC platform from the licensor to the Dresden location. They design the transfer strategy with (test chip, test structures, coordination test and design, evaluation of electrical results). In addition, you work in a dedicated project team and are a central link to the experts from the process integration, product technology, the individual process and the quality departments. They are responsible for centering the electrical parameters and driving the necessary improvement measures (DoEs). They also supervise the reliability investigations of electrical devices (e.g. wafer level reliability) necessary for a technology release.

Education: successfully completed university studies in a scientific field. experience and know-how: long-term professional experience in the semiconductor industry; Wide understanding of device physics as well as the interaction process and electrical parameters. Personality: communication-strong, targeted, reliable, very good conflict and problem-solving orientation, high level of implementation Operation: Structured work and the ability to conduct device-specific focus teams Enthusiasm: new technologies, solving complex problems Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
