Technician Order Processing Office (m/f/d)

Capture/create offers and orders for machines according to the specifications of internal and external personnel. Technical transfer of sales orders to generate lists. Creating / preparing the in-house order documents including scheduled planning of major projects. Internal coordination of projects as an interface between specialist departments (sales, construction, work preparation, purchasing and manufacturing). Supporting communication with the subsidiaries and trade representatives on behalf of the technical sales service.

You have basic technical training or suitable further training as technicians (w/m/d) . In addition to the technical affinity (including technical drawings, reading and interpreting lists), you will also bring commercial knowledge (preferably in order processing, offering/contracting or in the sales service). You are fit in the computer area (Windows / Office). Communication-proof English skills in word and writing are provided here. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is, however, not absolutely necessary. You like to work in the team, are binding, reliable and strong to communicate.
