You enter a varied job portfolio, advise our specialists and executives strategically along the entire recruiting process and guide a targeted recruiting strategy. You run and organize first phone calls and moderate virtual and personal interviews. You create the interface between our applicants, the specialist departments and the HR business partners. You are actively seeking, identifying and enthusiastically seeking suitable candidates through different channels and developing creative sourcing strategies. You regularly write and interpret reports on recruiting metrics or sourcing activities and take concrete measures. You develop target group specific employer branding and HR marketing: organisation of innovative recruiting activities. You love not only to introduce your expertise and passion for e.g. aptitude diagnosis and personal marketing in various projects, but also to execute them.

You have completed a university degree or have a comparable qualification. You bring first experience in recruiting, employer branding and personal marketing. You go to work with enthusiasm and see it as your passion to actively attract new employees for your company. “Don’t, don’t exist” – you’re characterized by high self-initiative and reliability and are not afraid of great challenges or difficult to occupy positions. You have fun working on new topics in a structured and independent way. You have excellent communicative skills, have creativity and humour and always have a positive radiance.
