We, the SEG Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Wiesbaden mbH, are the development partner of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden for the tasks of urban planning project development. The SEG is a developer in particular, takes over different project development and construction orders from the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden as project taxer and manages its own property portfolio. With the urban development measure Ostfeld, we are developing one of the most important and sustainable urban development projects in the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden and the Rhine-Main metropolitan region – a new district with housing, infrastructure and quality of life for at least 10,000 inhabitants. To strengthen our project team, we are looking for a dedicated personality that actively contributes to the sustainable planning of environmental and nature conservation measures and thus makes an important contribution to the ecological development of the new district. tendering and monitoring of environmental impact assessments (UVP) and ecological assessments Call for proposals, control and monitoring of environmental and nature conservation measures in the context of construction and infrastructure projects Coordination and evaluation of opinions, concepts and expert reports on topics such as soil protection, water, air, flora and fauna Participation in approval procedures and coordination with authorities and other stakeholders Consideration of archaeological concerns including coordination of excavations and protective measures Monitoring and participation in safety and risk analyses Cooperation with experts, engineering offices and internal and external project participants

Complete studies in environmental planning, environmental sciences, geography, biology, ecology or comparable qualifications Knowledge of environmental and construction planning law and knowledge of landscape planning as well as relevant specialist laws (including water and ground law) Ideally experience with GIS systems, environmental monitoring and data analysis Self-employed, structured and responsible work Project management competence and analytical thinking Teamability and strong communication skills Safe appearance and ability to interdisciplinary cooperation Ready for external operations and local appointments Experience in the coordination of archaeological measures and combatant care desirable Safe handling of MS Office
