Number: MER0003YRS The Mercedes-Benz customer center in Rastatt is a brand platform and makes our brand accessible to customers and visitors with all senses. It is the gateway to the work and allows the close experience of the Mercedes-Benz brand, as part of factory visits or other brand experience formats. It presents our Products and is the host for impressive events.

These challenges come to you: Conducting German and English-speaking customer and visitor tours at the Rastatt plant

Implementation of different management programs in various production areas, as well as in the Mercedes-Benz customer center Rastatt

Pre- and post-processing of visits to special groups

Processing of feedback and derivation of measures

Processing of technical content and processes

Working/support for other tasks and projects within the framework of the management and/or within the Customer Center area

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Study programme: motor vehicles or techn. Studies

Safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further foreign language desirable

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Experience and specific knowledge: Experience in handling customers and visitors

Highly pronounced customer and service orientation

Personal competencies: You have a safe occurrence in dealing with a variety of individual and group guests and have communication skills

You have an affinity for technical topics and production processes and are loyal and affin for the Mercedes-Benz brand

You are a team player
