The DRK Guesthouse Lebach is a senior institution of the DRK non-profit hospital company mbH Saarland. With 52 full-station places, 12 short-term care places and 12 day care places, the facility offers a differentiated supply for older people. A special focus is on the care of people with dementia, among others in a protected residential area with attached garden. An interdisciplinary team ensures a need-oriented and quality-oriented care. ConQuaesso is looking for a guest house in Lebach at the closest possible time

General responsibility for the organisation, control and further development of the care area Ensuring and continuous optimization of care and care quality Professional and disciplinary leadership of the care team Strategic personnel planning and promotion and development of employees Further development of internal processes and quality standards taking into account current legal requirements and the initiation and support of digitalization processes in the care sector Planning and implementation of care visas and constructive cooperation with internal and external partners

Complete training as a nursing specialist and a further training for nursing services Multiannual professional and leadership experience in stationary, outpatient or clinical care Knowledge of care management and quality assurance Impressed social competence and motivation to develop and strengthen teams Openness for modern care concepts and digital developments Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and strength of decision
