Information security specialist with a focus on audits (m/f/d)

As part of the team, you will ensure the further development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in compliance with the applicable regulations and standards. You support the operation and follow-up of information security requirements in the company. You plan, coordinate, conduct and document information security audits in different business areas. You take responsibility for the comprehensive 2nd Line audit management in the field of information security and ensure transparent, reliable and connectable processes. You evaluate processes, risks, controls and measures with regard to adequacy, effectiveness and regulatory compliance. You identify vulnerabilities and needs for improvement and derive concrete, risk-oriented recommendations. You analyze regulatory requirements and standards and develop guidelines, concepts and practical implementation approaches for the company. You follow measures from audits, assessments and other audits and thus contribute to a sustainable improvement of the control landscape. With your knowledge, you are available to the specialist departments as a competent contact person* in the implementation of information security requirements.

You have a degree in security management, (economic) informatics, IT/information security, or a comparable qualification. You have practical experience in information security, ideally including risk processes and in the security of IT infrastructures, cloud environments and modern technologies. You have experience in the planning, implementation or coordination of audits, assessments or audit formats, ideally related to information security. You know the common standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO, NIST or DORA. You can analyze, evaluate and prepare complex issues in a structured manner. You have a sovereign appearance associated with a communication-strong and winning personality. It is characterized by a proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a view to the whole.
