You will get a comprehensive insight into the work of one of the essential central instances of the higher-level control and monitoring system of the Sparkasse and actively contribute to the development of processes and risk management. The bodies are provided as follow-up arrangements, so that the prospect of a permanent employment, with a positive period of incorporation and development, are given. Content and focus of training: The main focus of their audit activity is 1st place: In the credit business and other business processes OR 2nd place: In controlling, finance / accounting.

You will get to know the regulatory requirements and the essential processes and risks in these areas.

You accompany audits in the internal audit team and increasingly take responsibility for sub-tasks such as document analysis, sample checks and the preparation and preparation of discussions.

You carry out increasingly independent audit sequences up to complete audits, including audit preparation, audit implementation and compilation of reports according to internal audit standards.

You systematically analyze business processes with regard to their risks and develop sound, practice-oriented recommendations for top management.

You will learn the professional handling and cooperation with our audit partners, the internal compliance organisation and external audit bodies.
