As a contractor:mann you take over the complete commercial processing of various construction projects. This includes in detail the following tasks: Contractor, subcontractor and supplier management (including accounting, aval check, certification check) You create the monthly cost bill or work with you when creating You are responsible for monthly reporting, such as project reports, earnings forecasts, liquidity planning You regularly create target-actual comparisons of costs and services You continuously agree with the construction and project management and support them in the management and control of the construction projects with a view to the project outcome The receivable management and the dunning is in your hands Insurance cases are registered and tracked by you You contribute to the purchasing of materials and subcontractors You control compliance with construction contracts with the contracting entity and contractors Basic commercial activities, general correspondence and project-related special tasks also include:
