Your tasks include:

• Operational project work in the maintenance of buildings after obtaining construction law
• award of engineering and construction services on the basis of the provisions applicable to public contracts to external service providers and technical assistance to procurement procedures
• Construction monitoring of the respective projects, in particular the monitoring of the construction sections on contractual and environmental compliance
• Acquisition of natural protection permits and exemptions

You should bring this with you:

• Complete study as Bachelor / Diploma (FH) of the Department of Nature Conservation, Landscape Planning, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Ecology, Spatial Planning, Forestry, Geography or Similar Degrees
• Professional experience in the field of national care and expertise in the planning instruments of nature conservation and national care
• Very good knowledge of local flora and fauna as well as knowledge of relevant laws, local regulations and specialist standards from environmental and species protection law
• knowledge of building and contract law as well as in the field of tenders for the award of engineering, construction and delivery services
• Class B driving licence
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car. The recognition of the level of remuneration is determined according to the individual working experience.
