They have completed university studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering. We also expect: Professional experience in the field of construction management, like in the field of public/communal buildings Professional experience in the energy recovery of existing buildings Expertise in the HOAI performance phases as well as in public copying and award law (VOB, VOL etc.) Outstanding competence in cost planning and cost tracking Security in the application of common office applications as well as specialist software (AVA etc.) Open and secure occurrence, team and communication skills Analytical and targeted approach, willingness to take responsibility, working independently, willingness to use Class B driving licence and the willingness to use private cars for service purposes Willingness to continue vocational training
