Property management is your professional home. You are well familiar with the commercial and technical real estate care, which ranges from correspondence about the rental ratio, the processing of rental increases and the selection, commissioning and testing of maintenance and maintenance measures to receivable management. You know it's stressful and demanding. With high self-responsibility, you manage a portfolio of exciting, widely used residential and commercial properties. Increasingly fully automated processes (e.g. billing, homecase, etc.) and an almost paperless organization will relieve you in the daily business. Our competent billing team is responsible for preparing bills for you. You benefit from our strong network: Regular team rounds ensure a constructive, solution-oriented exchange, architects and engineers can help you with structural and technical questions. Flexible working time: Apart from a core working time (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday to 14:00 p.m.), organize your area and dates independently. It is important to us not to adhere to your weekly working time in a precise minute, but to the timely processing of topics. That is also why we live confidence working time. Whoever works a lot also needs outtime: We give you up to 30 days of vacation. On 24.12. and 31.12. you will also have free. And on your birthday we will give you a free afternoon – the morning will go to the country with congratulations, cakes and warm words.

You have successfully completed your training as a real estate businessman / as a real estate purchaser or your training as a certified real estate manager or as a real estate specialist (all genders). You have already gained (first) professional experience in the lease management / in the property management and can thus independently answer questions of your work area and solve problems that arise independently. In communication with your counterpart, you will perform safely and politely as well as solution and service-oriented. You deal with the MS Office programs routined and are at best familiar with the management software DOMUS CRM, DOMUS ERP and NAVI.
