Head of all kitchens on board with up to 400 employees Ensuring perfect food preparation, quality and presentation according to our high standards in all buffet, specialty and à la carte restaurants Planning, leadership and motivation of an international kitchen team as well as targeted promotion through training, coaching and continuous further development Coordination and control of all processes in the area of responsibility including goods ordering and storage, efficient use of goods and budget control Competent consultation of our guests in food intolerances and allergies Implementation and compliance with our high quality, environmental, safety and hygiene standards

Vocational training as a cook, ideally additional training to the kitchen master Multiannual professional and leadership experience in kitchens of international cruise ships and in the direction of an international crew Funded product knowledge and comprehensive knowledge in the field of HACCP and food intolerances, USPH knowledge required Negotiating German and English skills and safe handling of Microsoft 365 and merchandise management systems Experience in mentoring and coaching as well as team players with diplomatic communication skills Impressed guest orientation, sovereign appearance and a structured and targeted way of working with high responsibility
