Personnel Projektmanagement (m/d)

in full time (39 hours/week), limited to 2 years As part of your activity, you conduct the handling, organization and monitoring of customer orders in terms of implementation and cost-effectiveness. Edit as a link between our customers, our sales and our colleagues in the Carrier area They independently customer requests – from the order check to the collection in the system. You will also keep the delivery dates, prices and conditions in mind and take care of master data management. You process fault messages from our customers with carrier products and forward them to our service providers in a qualified manner. They independently accompany the disorder process of our products from the beginning to the end. Cancellations of products take you and monitor the process until completion. The correspondence between customers, suppliers and our colleagues ensures you in all processes.

They have successfully completed training in commercial or technical fields, for example as a businessman for office management or IT system businessman (w/m/d). In addition, you have already gained first professional experience in the field of cloud and carrier services (language and data products, fixed network and DSL). They are safe in the application of common MS Office programs and ES Office. Their ways of dealing are characterized by a customer-oriented way of action and thinking as well as team skills.
