Coordination of the strategic and operational management of the Staffing Process for the optimal occupation of project teams Revision of the Staffing Principles and Conception of the Procedure for the Flexible Staffing of Project Teams with the participation of internal stakeholders Detection of requirements for an adequate IT support tool for the staging and introduction of this tool Control of the utilisation, monitoring of the setpoint specifications and deriving of necessities. Detection and further development of action fields in the area of responsibility Proactive, independent and address-oriented processing and communication of information and issues related to tasks Support of department management in the coordination of the project controlling team in all relevant tasks (focus Staffing)

A successfully completed study of economics (Master or comparable) Proof multiannual experience in project management and PMO in the context of a management consultancy resource management knowledge (methods for resource planning, capacity analysis and utilization control) Embossed analytical skills and a strategic way of thinking High motivation, independence and resilience Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and organisational institution High conflict resolution competence, negotiation skills and strong communication skills Very good MS Office skills, especially professional handling of PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
