Medical assistant specializing in practice organization, full-time position starting September 1, 2026 (m/f/d)

In this key position, you are not only responsible for medical assistance, but keep the organizational threads in your hands: Organization & Coordination: Responsibility for the appointment of the stationary laboratory places and the outpatient speaking hours. Patient management: first contact, reception and consultation of patients for treatment processes (e.g. polysomnography, CPAP therapy). Interface management: Close cooperation with technicians, doctors and external partners (e.g. medical hospitals and health insurance companies). Personnel management: You are responsible for the management of employees including recruiting, onboarding, employee development and annual employee talks Quality management: Optimizing the practice processes and ensuring a smooth workflow between day and night shifts. Accounting & Administration: Support for EBM and GOÄ accounting as well as the management of patient records.

Qualification: Successfully completed training as an MFA, ideally with an additional qualification in the field of practical management or practical organization. Experience: Ideally prior knowledge of sleeping medicine, pneumology or neurology (no need – we work you!). Structure: You love order, keep an overview even in the case of high patient collection and work in a solution-oriented manner. Communication: A friendly, sovereign appearance towards patients, colleagues and employees is obvious to you. Technology Affinity: Safe handling of practical IT systems and common office applications.
