We are looking for you as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/d) in full or part-time.

General administrative activities for chief physician, senior physician:inside, department appointment management and coordination of outpatient private, legal speaking time Correspondence of all kinds with patients: inside, doctor's practices, offices, authorities Medical certificate Planning, control of the reception of Elektiv-Patient:incl. Data management Preparation of meeting documents incl. Protocol Planning of service travel Representation activities within the framework of the cluster structure

Closed commercial/medical vocational training with professional experience, ideally in the assistance/secretary area Application-proof or perfect grammar and orthographic knowledge Experience in dealing with hospital information systems desirable A high level of self-employment, organizational talent, sense of responsibility Team skills, commitment, flexibility Qualified office organization using office technology
