Legal protection decisions in areas of social law and related legal areas; incl. Processing of international legal protection matters in social law Consultation of all organisational arrangements, of general officials and of works councils in social matters and relevant statutory matters professional supervision and guidance of the offices in legal protection Examination of collective agreements, collective agreements, collective agreements, collective agreements and similar agreements with regard to social law (further) development (social) legal positions of the IG Metall, cooperation on specialist opinions on legislative procedures; Compilation of expert opinions, working up legal expertise design and production of internal and external legal publications as well as technical examination of internal and external publications/public relations work; Legal protection Participation and participation in specialist internal and external working groups/certificates/associations Conception, preparation and implementation of seminars/training for primary and voluntary, internal and external speakers Content design and preparation of events Participation in legal preparation and accompaniment of labour disputes and the implementation of collective bargaining

Specialized knowledge acquired through (specialised) higher education or training at the European Academy of Labour, Traineee training or other trade union education institutions or equivalent expertise Second legal state exam Excellent knowledge of social law and good knowledge of labour law Good knowledge of insurance and business issues Organizational experience through public and/or voluntary activity Good knowledge of the standard software products used in IG Metall (MS-Office package), Experience with digital legal protection Ability to independently plan and organize as well as to work conceptually and analytically Persuasiveness, Enforceability and Teamwork Skill Rhetorical, social, methodological and communicative competence Willingness to continue Flexibility in working time design Good knowledge of English
