The presidial office, coordination and strategy (K) coordinates the technical objectives of the Office and gives impulses for its development. Within the staff unit, the subject area is also responsible for research coordination.

Versatile tasks you challenge

• Budgetary management and administrative support of research projects
• Coordination of cooperation projects with external research institutions
• Examination of applications for research projects and advice from applicants
• Support in the development of concepts for research coordination
• Preparation of project results for public relations

A CV that convinces us

• Successfully completed FH-Studium on the Diplom-Management-Enterprise (m/w/d) or successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Business Administration a comparable discipline
• Ideally professional experience in project management and management
• Knowledge in Bavarian budgetary law, right to grant, third-party administration and tax law or Procurement law of advantage
• English language and writing
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)

Employment ratio / assessment

The employment is first made by means of a fixed-term employment relationship until 31.08.2026. A subsequent temporary extension of the employment relationship is aimed at probation. The remuneration depends on the regulations of the TV-L. The intended grouping is carried out according to the qualification and personal requirements in the E 9b group.
