Together with the Accounting Team, you drive for smooth accounting processes, drive optimizations and work professionally with national and international contacts. If you like to work structured, appreciate clear processes and find a reliable team, you are right here – limited for two years as part of a parental representation. Editing input invoices: You process electronic supplier invoices and keep the processes properly documented Check input invoices: You check in- and foreign input invoices (formal, factual, computational), get missing releases Book & Consolidate in SAP FI: You can book invoices in a timely manner – taking into account conti, payment targets, sales tax and possible payment barriers Deviations can be solved with suppliers, purchasing and the relevant specialist department. You introduce appropriate corrective measures Open Post Management & Mahnwesen: You tune open items, process reminders, perform balance confirmations and purify differences – including voting within the group of companies Communication: You conduct the necessary correspondence – internally and externally, also in English if necessary Continuing Accounts: You regularly clarify and clean the continuous accounts booked in your field of activity Final support: Participation in the monthly and annual financial statements in the area of creditors

Completed commercial vocational training Knowledge of creditor accounting desirable Safe with MS-Office; SAP (FI/MM) is a plus Structured, analytical and responsible Joy in developing processes and recognizing potential for improvement Very good German knowledge (C2) and good English knowledge (B2)
