We are looking for you for the health office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place is to be occupied in part-time (55 %) and limited until 28.02.2027.

The Health Office with its 300 employees contributes significantly to promoting health, preventing illnesses in the development, enabling participation and further reducing the inequality of health opportunities. The site is located in the field of drinking water and environmental hygiene, in the department of infection protection and environmental hygiene. The place is in Bad Cannstatt.

A job that enthuses you

• They are responsible for the technical and hygienic monitoring of water supply systems of all kinds in the Stuttgart city area
• They take technical and hygienic assessments
• You control and evaluate microbiological and chemical results
• They shall implement the necessary measures to prevent danger
• the advice of citizens and authorities or institutions on water issues or on remedies is also one of your tasks
• You maintain electronic data processing in the field of drinking water monitoring

The activity takes place mainly in the interior service. In the case of external service appointments, accessibility cannot be guaranteed due to the local circumstances.

Your profile that fits us

• a completed bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental, hygiene and safety technology or a comparable professional qualification, desirable with a focus on drinking water
• safe handling of PC and good knowledge in MS Office applications
• Responsibility and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate risks and enforceability
• Joy in dealing with citizens

• Detection of mackerel protection is required (starting 1971)
