Head of Data Quality (m/w/d) EMEA

As Head of Data Quality (m/w/d) EMEA, you take the holistic responsibility for data quality. You are part of the international team “Lead Management & Data Quality EMEA” with over 60 colleagues and report directly to the Head of Division. This allows you to shape end-to-end processes across the market and achieve real impact.

You carry the overall responsibility for data quality in CRM in eight countries and run a team of 40 employees at several locations

You develop and implement a data diversity strategy in line with global standards, focusing on standardization, automation and the use of state-of-the-art technologies such as AI to increase efficiency

Together with your team, you continuously improve the data quality in the CRM (Salesforce) e.g. master data accuracy and increase the contactable accounts

You control data flows, define CRM requirements and optimize data quality processes

In close cooperation with sales, IT, Tech and external partners, you identify and resolve data problems

Start regular reports and key figures for data diversity performance and then execute specific optimization measures

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in data management, at least 3 years of which you have worked in a senior position

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Data Management or a comparable subject area

With Data-Governance, Data Quality, CRM (Salesforce) and master data management you are perfectly familiar

You are strong in leadership of employees and can convince stakeholders across functions

Analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach to the Cause Analysis of Data Problems

Security in handling technical tools like SQL, Excel and Data Profiling completes your profile
