Completed studies as a civil engineer, architect or comparable training with relevant experience or alternative training You have leadership experience and many years of professional experience, preferably in asset and real estate management, as well as practical experience in the field of ESG and control of complex projects Professional experience in technical property management and technical asset management Self-employed and structured working methods as well as strong team and communication skills Embossed negotiating skills with strength and persuasiveness High flexibility, resilience, and a pronounced concept of service Funded knowledge in the current MS Office applications
