Installation, maintenance and continuous updating of the master data for articles in the goods management system Monitoring of stocks in stores and responsibility for disposition and stockpiling in close cooperation with the team Correspondence with suppliers and logistics partners Participation in internal and cross-sector projects Teamwork in purchasing with a holistic overview of relevant processes Processing product-specific requirements for articles Implementing samples to control the receipt of goods for conformity and quality Management and organisation of samples for quality assurance and decision-making articles

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in purchasing Funded knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with goods management systems Structured and independent operation, coupled with a pronounced problem-solving capability High reliability, organisational skills and a good level of empathy in dealing with suppliers and colleagues Impressed communication skills and negotiation skills First experiences in purchasing and disposition of goods are advantageous
