Service Coordinator for the D-A-CH region (m/f/d)

With more than 180 employees, our service organization ensures a first-class support for our customers every day. More than 90 service technicians are used for this. As a service coordinator (m/w/d), you take responsibility for your service team and serve your customers in a clearly defined region, with technical know-how, organizational talent and a strong sense of customer needs. Coordination and prioritization of technical and commercial customer requests including fault analysis Technical support for complex customer requests: Technical 1st level support as well as control and escalation at Level 2/3 Planning, organisation and documentation of service operations in coordination with internal and external interfaces Ensuring sustainable solutions in terms of quality, dates, costs and customer satisfaction Professional leadership of service technicians including operational planning and further development Optimization of service processes and participation in the development of service products Close cooperation with sales, construction, quality assurance and production

Technical or commercial training with good commercial/technical understanding Ideally multi-year experience in technical service in the field of machine and plant engineering Embossed customer orientation, creativity and high communication skills Structured, self-responsible operation with clear target orientation Team and leadership skills, flexibility and commitment Embossed organizational and prioritization assets Security in handling common ERP/IT systems (e.g. Office 365, SAP) English knowledge and readiness to participate
