Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a technician in our facility management team, you will ensure the current plant operation and actively contribute to the further expansion of our factory. In the field of media supply, you can reliably monitor and document the smooth operation of our supply systems, in particular process exhaust air, room air and clean room technology at the site. In doing so, you control the performance of the operator service in accordance with the contract. You will review the proper implementation of maintenance and maintenance plans and compliance with dates and their quality. They support the activities in the Facility Helpdesk and Hook-up in case of decreases and interconnections. They identify optimization potentials with regard to an uninterrupted control operation, plant availability and efficient energy use and contribute to their implementation. They monitor compliance with the clean room protocol and assist in building a particle monitoring system. They actively participate in the preparation, coordination and execution of shutdown days. In coordination with internal Facility Gewerk engineers, you coordinate execution activities and also provide active support for disruptions.

Training: successfully completed specialist training in the field of air conditioning and ventilation technology or comparable; Master or technician training desirable Personality: reliable and strong communication Working method: independent, independent and solution-oriented Qualification: multiannual professional experience in the field of HLK in facility management, ideally in the semiconductor environment or comparable plant engineering; very good knowledge in the operation of process exhaust air, room air systems and clean rooms; experience in the qualification of cleanroom technology DIN ISO EN 14644 / VDI 2083 and VDI 6022; technical affinity and enthusiasm for agile work using innovative tools; BIM (Building Information Modeling) Knowledge desirable Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
