They are the first respondent to our refrigeration, air conditioning and warmth customers on the phone and ensure the highest satisfaction. You will demonstrate your service orientation to our product range, promotions and new products in customer consulting. We focus on comprehensive customer support, which is why the delivery creation and the tracking of offers and orders are part of your task. With your work, you will form the interface between branch management, sales service, purchasing and technology.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. Kaufmann/-frau in wholesale and foreign trade (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. During or after your training you were able to gain (first) professional experience in the distribution of technical products in the wholesale environment. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a technical vocational training, e.g. as a mechatronic for refrigeration technology, refrigeration plant manufacturer, plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d) or in a comparable area Entrepreneurial thinking and enforcement skills shape your “hands-on mentality” as well as communicative skills.
