After your individual and structural integration, you will gradually take the following areas in our 9-member team: Administration, Operation and Troubleshooting of Oracle Database 19c performing backup, recovery and restore scenarios, such as RMAN and DBVISIT Patch, update and release management Capacity and storage planning Support of colleagues in the application and integration teams for Oracle-specific questions

We design with you your varied field of activity with the following optional extensions: Working in Application Management: Operation, Maintenance, Incident and Problem Management Working with system or infrastructure topics: Linux/Windows, Storage and Virtualization Automation of Recurring DBA and Operation Tasks: Shell, SQL and PL/SQL Documentation, standardization and further development of operational and safety concepts

A completed study in the scientific field, such as computer science, business informatics, IT management, mathematics, physics or comparable or completed training in IT, such as specialist informatics:in for system integration or application development with professional development multi-year professional experience with databases, ideally with Oracle Database 19c Very good knowledge of Oracle architecture, backup & recovery (RMAN) and performance analysis and tuning Experience with patch and upgrade processes Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
